Les conditions de retour pour les Clients professionnels sont pr\u00e9cis\u00e9es dans nos <strong>Conditions B2B<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Produits exclus du droit de r\u00e9tractation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ne peuvent \u00eatre retourn\u00e9s, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l&#8217;article L.221-28 du Code de la consommation :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>les produits descell\u00e9s ou utilis\u00e9s ne pouvant \u00eatre remis en vente pour des raisons d&#8217;hygi\u00e8ne ou de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les produits fabriqu\u00e9s ou coup\u00e9s sur mesure selon les sp\u00e9cifications du Client (ex. : d\u00e9coupe de c\u00e2ble, de cha\u00eene, de tube au m\u00e8tre) ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les produits scell\u00e9s ne pouvant \u00eatre renvoy\u00e9s une fois ouverts (ex. : consommables, mastics, colles entam\u00e9s).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment retourner un produit ?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contactez notre service client via la page <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.hardwarexchange.shop\/contact\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"110213\">Contact <\/a>ou votre espace \u00ab Mes commandes \u00bb, en indiquant le num\u00e9ro de commande et le motif du retour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vous recevez une confirmation et, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, une \u00e9tiquette de retour ou l&#8217;adresse d&#8217;exp\u00e9dition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Renvoyez le produit dans son emballage d&#8217;origine, complet et en bon \u00e9tat, accompagn\u00e9 du bon de retour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le colis doit \u00eatre exp\u00e9di\u00e9 dans un d\u00e9lai de <strong>14 jours<\/strong> suivant votre d\u00e9claration de r\u00e9tractation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Frais de retour<\/strong> : \u00e0 la charge du Client, sauf produit d\u00e9fectueux, non conforme ou erreur de pr\u00e9paration de notre part, auquel cas les frais sont pris en charge par Hardwarexchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Remboursement<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le remboursement intervient dans un d\u00e9lai maximal de <strong>14 jours<\/strong> apr\u00e8s r\u00e9ception et v\u00e9rification du produit retourn\u00e9 (ou preuve d&#8217;exp\u00e9dition), sur le m\u00eame moyen de paiement que celui utilis\u00e9 lors de l&#8217;achat, sauf accord contraire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En cas de produit endommag\u00e9, incomplet ou visiblement utilis\u00e9 au-del\u00e0 d&#8217;une simple v\u00e9rification, une d\u00e9cote pourra \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9e sur le remboursement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Produit d\u00e9fectueux ou non conforme<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si le produit re\u00e7u est d\u00e9fectueux, endommag\u00e9 pendant le transport ou non conforme \u00e0 votre commande, contactez-nous sous <strong>48h<\/strong> avec photos \u00e0 l&#8217;appui.
